Peach Pop Designs is a graphic design and print-on-demand service offering customized T-shirts, digital designs, event materials, and other products via platforms like Printify.

 

2. Payment & Orders

• All payments are processed securely through third-party services including Stripe, CashApp, Venmo, or HoneyBook.

• Orders must be paid in full before design or printing begins.

• Once a design or print job has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

 

3. Turnaround Time & Shipping

• Digital designs are typically delivered within the timeframe agreed upon via email or message.

• Print-on-demand items are fulfilled and shipped by third-party services (such as Printify) and timelines may vary depending on the product and shipping destination.

• Peach Pop Designs is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier errors.

 

4. Revisions & Proof Approval

• Minor revisions may be offered based on the project scope. Major changes after final approval may incur additional fees.

• It is the client’s responsibility to approve all proofs carefully before production. Errors found after approval are not the responsibility of Peach Pop Designs.

 

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Peach Pop Designs, its owner, contractors, affiliates, or representatives be held liable for any damages, claims, or losses exceeding the total amount paid for the product or service in question.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

• Loss of business, income, or data

• Delays or disruptions from third-party platforms or services

Peach Pop Designs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, or governmental actions.

All original designs, graphics, and written content created by Peach Pop Designs are the intellectual property of Peach Pop Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased designs for personal or approved business use only.

 

8. Use of Site

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including:

• Uploading malicious software

• Attempting unauthorized access

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights
  Peach Pop Designs reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access for violation of these terms.
  Peach Pop Designs may terminate or suspend access to the site and its services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
