fundraiser FAQ'S

Peach Pop Designs provides graphic design, print-on-demand
T-shirt fulfillment, and digital marketing support for fundraising campaigns
hosted on www.peachpopdesigns.com.

Each fundraiser is referred to as a T-shirt Rally and includes:

Custom T-shirt design created by our in-house designer

Setup of an online product listing on PeachPopDesigns.com

Optional digital promotion tools including mockups, QR codes,

          and social media materials available at compassionate pricing

Collection and payout of net profits to recipient after print and processing costs

OVER VIEW OF OUR SERVICES

Campaign Duration

Campaigns typically run for

30 days or 60 days depending

on the package selected.

Campaign dates are agreed

upon prior to launch and are

not editable once the

campaign begins.

​

Extensions must be requested in

writing and approved by

Peach Pop Designs.

Profit Distribution

Peach Pop Designs collects all funds from T-shirt sales and pays Printify directly for production and shipping.

 

After production and payment processing costs,

net profits are calculated.

 

Agreed-upon profits will be

distributed to the Campaign Organizer within 14 business days of campaign conclusion via Venmo or Zelle.

 

A summary report of sales, costs, and payout will be provided.

Design Rights and Licensing

All designs created by

Peach Pop Designs remain the intellectual property of

Peach Pop Designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Custom designs may be licensed exclusively to your campaign during the campaign period.

Taxes and Reporting

Peach Pop Designs is not a nonprofit and does not offer tax-deductible receipts.

 

If you receive over $600 in payouts from Peach Pop Designs within a calendar year, you may be required to complete a W-9 form before

receiving funds.

 

A 1099-NEC may be issued in accordance with IRS rules.

 

You are responsible for reporting

your income to the IRS or

appropriate tax authority.

Refunds & Returns

As each item is custom printed

on demand, all sales are final

unless the product arrives

damaged or defective.

 

Any issues with merchandise

must be reported within 2 days

of delivery.

Peach Pop Designs will notify

Printify of the problem and they

will determine if a reprint is

warranted.

You'll be asked to submit photos

and videos of the damaged or

defective items.

Cancellation
Policy

If you choose to cancel your campaign before it goes live, there is no fee.

 

If the campaign is live and you wish to cancel, Peach Pop Designs reserves the right to retain any design or administrative fees already incurred.

Disclaimers

Peach Pop Designs is not responsible for delays caused by Printify, shipping carriers, or third-party platforms.

 

Campaigns promoting violence, hate, or misinformation will be rejected at our discretion.

Each Fundraiser request must meet various requirements and

Peach Pop Designs reserves the right to deny a Fundraiser that falls outside

of those parameters.

​

Must be 18 years of age to host a Fundraiser.​​
