Southwest Med Courier provides time-sensitive courier and delivery services for healthcare-related materials, including but not limited to documents, supplies, and other approved items.

All services are subject to availability, service area, and scheduling.

2. Service Requests

Submitting a form or contacting us does not guarantee service.
All delivery requests must be reviewed and confirmed before acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any request based on:

• Availability

• Distance

• Timing

• Nature of the items being transported

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information

• Ensure items are properly packaged and ready for transport

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Disclose any special handling requirements

Southwest Med Courier is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Illegal items

• Hazardous materials not properly declared or packaged

• Any items prohibited by law

We reserve the right to refuse service if an item is deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

5. Delivery Timeframes & Unforeseen Circumstances

We make every effort to complete deliveries in a timely and reliable manner. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:

• Traffic

• Weather conditions

• Road closures or accidents

• Mechanical issues

• Other unforeseen events

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate updates as soon as possible and make every reasonable effort to complete deliveries safely and efficiently.

6. Limitation of Liability

Southwest Med Courier is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by external factors

• Loss or damage resulting from improper packaging

Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Confidentiality

We handle all delivery-related information with discretion and limit access to only what is necessary to complete the service.
We take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality in all operations.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service confirmation.
Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.

Southwest Med Courier primarily serves Southwest Florida, including:

• Cape Coral

• Fort Myers

• North Fort Myers

• Lehigh Acres

• Estero

• Bonita Springs

• Punta Gorda

Extended routes may be available upon request.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
